GAP Protection
A Gap Health Insurance plan is a group supplemental health insurance that works along with a high-deductible major medical plan. It is designed to provide benefits that cover certain out-of-pocket expenses as a result of medical treatment for injury or sickness.

SHORT TERM CARE HEALTH
It is a temporary medical aftercare following a surgery, injury, illness, or other medical condition that is expected to improve. Services typically last several weeks or a few months, or sometimes longer depending on the severity of the condition being treated.

LONG TERM CARE HEALTH Name
It provides coverage for the costs of long-term care associated with the activities of daily living, such as eating, bathing, dressing, and other needs. The need for long-term care may be due to a chronic illness or injuries that require extended rehabilitation and care.

DENTAL CARE
It provides good value in terms of cost savings. The plan will cover the expense of an annual checkup and professional teeth cleaning. It also helps pay for fillings, crowns and root canals. Without dental insurance, employees will need to pay for dental procedures using their savings or a credit card.

VISION CARE
It provides an added wellness benefit for healthy eye exams, which includes routine eye care, prescription eyewear and contact lenses, and other vision services at a reduced cost.
